Description
Our WELLNESS BLEND is mild and mellow in flavour and loaded with vitamins and nutrients to keep feeling healthy and energised. It combines Mizuna, Broccoli and Purple Pak Choi* - all on one mat!
FLAVOUR:
This combination is gentle on the palette and has a balanced nuttiness mixed with a soft earthiness and an amazingly refreshing crunch.
USE ME IN:
Great microgreen salad base and blended in smoothies. Pairs well with delicate flavours as it won’t overpower the dish - can even be used to garnish desserts!
The purple and green leaves will add beautiful colour to any meal. Great for kids due to the more mild flavour and interesting textures.
NUTRITION:
This blend boasts an array of Vitamins including C & K. Broccoli brings its sulforaphane goodness to the table (a powerful antioxidant that carries many health-supporting superpowers) and Purple Pak Choi is also high in beta-carotenes, folate and B6.

FAQs
What is the optimum growing temperature?
Microgreens can be grown indoors all year round and temperature plays a major role in how quickly microgreens grow.
Generally, between 18–24 degrees celcius is optimal.
Below 12 degrees and the microgreens will struggle to germinate and above 25 degrees they're may get too hot and start "cooking" the seeds.
Do the microgreens re-grow once harvested?
Each seedmat is single-use and will not re-grow once harvested. When you have finished a mat, you'll need to start a new seedmat.
Pod tip: you can throw the used mat into your garden and you'll soon find vegetables will start popping up from the slower growing seeds!
Can I use my own seeds?
You can use your own seeds on our growmats, but not the seedmats.
Our SEEDMATS come pre-loaded with over 440 microgreen seeds per mat as well as a touch of plant nutrients to help them grow lush and tasty. Because they are already seeded, you can't use your own seeds.
Our latest GROWMATS however, do allow you to use your own seeds. They are jute fiber and nutrient-infused for optimum microgreen growth. Use with our range of seeds, or sprinkle your own favourites!
Are your microgreen seeds organic?
Currently, the Rocket and the Broccoli are the only certified organic seed variety. All the other seed varieties are untreated and non-GMO.
