Mizuna (aka Japanese Mustard) has a mild flavour. Use micro-mizuna as garnish for meat or raw fish dishes like sashimi. It can also be used as a milder substitute rocket in micro salads.

i just harvested my first crop of micro greens and i could have eaten them all in one sitting!! So, now I'm concerned that because they're so delicious that i'm not going to be able to make them grow fast enough!
