Mizuna (aka Japanese Mustard) has a mild flavour. Use micro-mizuna as garnish for meat or raw fish dishes like sashimi. It can also be used as a milder substitute for mustard in micro salads and a great topping for pasta dishes, soups, stews and pizzas.

I have emailed the company to let them know but no reply. I gave it as a Christmas present but it had been broken in transit.
UPDATE, they had emailed but I didn't see it. They are sending a replacement for the broken part. So excellent service and great product.
